chillers: Prime vs Arctica

I currently have a 15 year old Aquanetics chiller that is on it's last leg. Does anyone have any insight on the Arctic 1/3 hp chiller -vs- the Prime 1/3 chiller? The Prime has a higher min flow rate requirement, but it's nice to have the UV as part of the chiller. Anything on reliability of these units?
