Back To Basics

Recently got the bug to set up my tank in working order again. I have been out of the game for a while. for the last 2 years my tanks has been running with no fish just water occasionally topped off and looking to start thing off on the right foot,

My question to anyone that would care to help is:

I have a 75 gal reef ready tank with stock equipment from oceanic (29 gallon sump)and would like to upgrade my protein skimmer. is their any one out there with an idea for a submergible skimmer that will fit in my sump without removing the glass from said sump to make room?

any ideas/ tips/ info/ stories/.... that would be helpful.

i am looking at doing a fish only aquarium if that helps.

"peace to all that agree with me!"

K~`

It is a trickle filter model 75 "Plus series"

24"W x 17"H x 13"D

Workable area for skimer is approx. 6.5"w x 17"H x 6"D

Bio balls/ pump take up alot of room
