Hey Joe,

This must be a new thing. My 1/4Hp JBJ only has a temp setting feature. I am to hold the button until the readout starts to flash then I push the button until the desired temp is displayed.

I also checked their website and no manuals are online.

Did you ever figure it out?

I have the same situation, the temp indicated by the (1/4hp artica) chiller and the actual temp. of the tank diff by 2 degree. Not a big issus as I used to it.

I know my pacific coast chiller you have to hold the set button for about 5 secons then something will start to flash this part is for the temp swing as in how long do you want it to wait before it kicks on like if you have iat set at 79 and 3 degree swing it will kick on when it reads 82 then if you hold down set for a few more seconds then you can calibrate it to the temp in your tank. Lets say the chiller reads 80 but your tank says 78 different reader you can change your chiller to say 78.
