AGA overflows

I just got a 90 AGA with mega flow. I have purchased 2 1" bulkheads and both are too large. The actual opening is 1 3/4". Anyone know where I can get the right size bulkheads? I don't want to purchase more that do not fit. Thanks.

Try a local pool/spa shop or purchase the overflow kit for the AGA tanks

A 1 inch bulkhead in aquarium terms refers to the size of the pipe that fits into the bulkhead, not the hole that it goes into. All Glass Aquariums come drilled for a 1in bulkhead and a 3/4in bulkhead. On second thought, maybe you picked up Schedule 80 bulkheads. They will not fit as they require a slightly larger hole.

3/4 inch standard bulkhead fits into the 1 1/2in hole
1 inch standard bulkhead fits into the 1 3/4in hole

If you don't want to mess with it, buy this kit. Includes everything you need.

Depends on the brand of bulkhead and the schedule
