A new reef build, wanting your opinion

I am rather new to a reef tank and have been doing a lot of research in starting one. For all the equipment i have chosen this is what i have come up with so far. Please give me as much of your opinion as you wish to share as i do take into consideration all opionions/experiences you have had with this equipment. I am trying to avoid on making some expensive purchases only to find i should have bought something else. I do own some equipment already from my freshwater tank that plan on using on the saltwater tank (powerheads, co2 tank/regulator for calcium reactor and possible some more stuff as well) Thank you for your time!

Most of it sounds pretty good. The Reef Octopus is a great skimmer.
You list an ORP probe as Reef Aquarium Mandator "yes". It isn't.
I know many people use UV steralizers. Personally I would skip this and save the money.

Thank you for your help. I read a lot of protein skimmers and only heard good things about the reef octopus line and the one i chose wasn't to bad on the wallet either.

I have updated my list and added/modified plenty more items, please take a look and give me your opinons ESPECIALLY THE SAND/LIVE/DRY ROCK as everyone on here most likely has way more knowledge then i do with this equipment.

Im 3 months into my 1st attempt at SW as a convert from FW.
Your equipment looks good. As a newby the best advice i can give you is patience, welcome to The Reef Tank and Salt Water.

I doubt you will need the clip-on fans. Especially if you go with LED lighting.
You're RO/DI system may come with a TDS meter. I know the ones from spectrapure do or can at least.
