Yea I was thinking that so please please... from your experience if I want to have atleast one maroon what else is their or should I go in a different direction?

I understand that ultimately it's my decision and it's about what makes me happy but I would like to know my options from people with nothing to gain accept the feeling of helping a newbie, while LFS etc my have alternative motives to selling me certain fish.

tested my water and now it's starting to look like my fears have come true I think that the 50% water change may have restarted my cycle from scratch or something.

Because I went from having zero ammonia and peaked nitrites & nitrates to zero a few days after the water change but now.change and now my tank is starting to test positive for ammonia again....which seems to be like a restart oh well pretty fishies in like september now i started the first cycle on like may 1st.

Im just going to watch it for the next week and if it continues to increase then the hell with it way to frustrating to start over right now ...
