maroon w/ bi- angel

I have been told to wait on getting more fish, but its killing me just waiting. So im planning out my purchases and wanted to know if a bi-color angel will have problems getting along with my maroons. The maroons are a mated pair but relatively small (biggest is 2 inches). I have been looking at the LFS and most of the bi-color angels are 2+ inches.

Will I have problems introducing one of these guys into my 50 gal tank?

I don't really know but my instinks say that the maroons will kill anything you put in there that can't eat them one one bite.

Any how here's a bump for you.

Maroons may shred it to pieces.. They are first in the tank and now have territory!

Think im going to give it a shot. I was more worried about the maroons than the angel. PLus I could really use another anomone eater to cobat my new majano problem. Once i get the right light system for coral and have gotten rid of this crappy anemone, I can return him if he causes problems.

Thanks again!

Welp. That didnt take long. I stoppepd by the LFS on the way home and picked up the bi-color angel and a yellow tang. Almost as soon as the angel hit the water he nailed one of these manjano guys. I went outside and did 20 minutes of yardwork, came back in and the one remaining aiptasia (the biggest one) was gone! The stem and all. There is just a little hole in the rock and nothing else! Not sure if it was the tang, angel, or pepermint shrimp (he usually feeds at night, so I dont think it was him) but the aiptasia better run, cause its on!

The fish seem to be getting along great too! Maybe because this angel is almost twice the size of the clowns, but hopefully they continue to get along. The two new additions have added alot of personality to the tank!
