that will be a lot of fish in a 75g. which blue tang are we talking about? the Atlantic or the Pacific (Dory)? the Picasso will have to be added last. if not than it will beat up any new fish that are added to the tank.

what kind of lion are you thinking? a P. volitan will get bigger than a 75g!! look into the P. antennata, or some of the dwarf lions.

Gotta agree, a 75g won't be enough for the tang, not even close. They need much more swimming space than that and the lion will be alot of waste for a small tank.
