HELP... My Anemone shrunk

Hi All,

I am new to this forum and I don't know if I am posting this at the right place.


Suddenly my Heteractis Magnifica anemone shrunk and releasing cloudy chemical. Does this mean that it is dead or dying? I tested my water and everything seems to be fine as usual. I don't know if I should remove it from the tank so that it won't polute the water and affecting other corals and fish in the tank. I have never seen this before so please give me suggestion(s) or input.

Need more info...H Mag is hard specimen to keep...what type/size of tank...lighting...how old is the tank...actual water params would be helpful too.
