Just be patient for now and see how things work out. The water change was really all you could probably do at this point anyway. Hopefully it is just a little stressed and will pop back out later.

well i did the change and i consulted my teacher on the problem and he said that since its such a small system its gonna take time to clear up the water compared to a larger system

Bring a water sample to the LFS and ask them to test the calcium level.
