Question

Bloodworm??

I broke down my 55 gal to start filling my 180 and found what i think is a blood worm which came out of my lr.. it was black and had what looked like feelers on its sides. Is this a good thing to put back in my tank? or my refugium? Sorry if this is a stupid question... Im still very new at this... thanks.....

well no problem thats what we are here for and yea they are fine and are just like hermits and snails they clean up so unless they are attcking things and taking over your tank theres no need to worry
