bamboo shark and 2 eggs


i currently have a bamboo and 2 eggs. i was wondering what all sharks hatch from eggs? are they all cat sharks? there too small to really tell what they are.

you will very rarely come across eggs other than the bamboo/banded cat Shark egg. i have seen Port Jackson shark eggs, but they are very rare.

most elasmobranchs lay eggs, though there are some that bear live young.

i once hatched a banded shark from an egg once. I remeber watching it for weeks. Very fun but around the 2 month mark he got sick wouldnt eat and died

I have seen White spotted bamboo eggs, bamboo eggs, epaulette eggs, and horn shark eggs. I would love to get my hands on a Port jackson egg. If anyoe sees one PM me as I have always wanted to hatch a PJ.

I was thinking about getting an egg from liveaquaria, how hard are they to hatch? I don't have any experience with that at all so just wondering cuz i think it would be so cool to hatch one

hatching the eggs is easy. keeping the elasmobranch alive afterwards can be tough. they get big pretty quickly. they also do not do much during the day. they prefer to feed at night.
