on paper, they should get along. The sailfin is from the genus Zebrasoma, the powder brown from Acanthurus, and the going rule is that fish from different genera can coexist in smaller aquariums. But, each fish has an individual personality, and it's mostly a trial and error. With only a 90 gallon tank, I'd probably hesitate to add too many large fish like that. The sailfin can get larger than 14", and would not be my first choice. The powder brown is a decent choice for the 90 gallon, but even still he could get a bit too large. If it were me, and you wanted the powder brown, I'd get rid of the sailfin first.
