Something wrong with my maroon Clown

So i was looking at my clown fish today and it looks like his fins are tearing about apart. What could this be? could it be because the other fish are picking on him? if its an infection or parasite, what could i do the remove it?

Are the other fish picking on him? How is he swimming and eating?

he's swimming and eating fine, i've noticed it over the past few days but today i noticed how bad it was. It lookes like when you tear a peice of paper and you can only see it when he moves at a certain angle so that they split apart.

Sounds like it is getting picked on by another fish or a crab may have tried to grab it while it slept. Fin rot looks more like the fin is being eaten away.

Watch out if it is a crab. You can sometimes go years and never see some crab that may have hitchiked on on the rock until you start losing fish. The crab will ambush the fish at night while they are sleeping and if the fish is not healthy and alert they may get eaten.

i know there is a crab in there, i think its called a sally foot. Anyway, i have seen him lift up his claw up in the air to warn them off i think. Its also on one of his fins, im going to try to find some pictures of fin rot. is it hard to make it go away if that is what it is?
