Sick Tang
Can anyone tell me what is wrong with my Sailfin Tang? He is in a 90 gallon aquarium. The water test is fine. He has never been sick. He will eat a few bites, then stop eating. It looks like a smooth protrusion right in the middle of his body. There is no discoloration like you would see with a hemmorhage (sp?). It protrudes equally on both sides of his body. He is breathing fast.
One pic shows it looking straight at him and the other pic although it's fuzzy shows the location better from the side. Can anyone help. My wife works at a vet and can bring home a medication if I need to quarantine and treat (tetracycline, etc...) Please help. He is my favorite fish in the tank!
