As Dragonist said, the yellow wrasse will swim throughout the water column during the day hunting for things to eat. At night it will dive into the sand bed, or if you do not have sand it will wedge itself into a rock and can make a little cocoon around itself to sleep in.
The Kracken is a Phymanthus Anemone that came in as a hitchhiker on my live rock. There is an entire thread on it which chronicles how we came about the positive ID with the help of Drs. Daphne Fautin and Rob Toonen. Do a search for "A Kracken in my Reef" if you would like more information on it.
As far as the health of my tanks goes, my best tool is water changes. Since I am not into dosing chemicals or additives into the tank, and do not run a calcium reactor, this seems to be the best way for me to keep my levels consistent. I have had some major setbacks through the years as well, so it is not always a bed of roses by any means. My most recent setback came with the 54 gallon and I posted about it in a thread titled "To Heat or Not To Heat".
Thanks for the compliments on my tanks, I do appreciate them.
