They are sexually dichromatic. The males typically have a more lime green color to their bodies and they tail fin has the pink outline as opposed to the yellow tail fin of the females.
I tend to find that the males are also much more mellow than the females or at least this was the case with my pair.

The Blue Throats are also sexually dicromatic. The males usually display more vibrant colors and the large adult males sometimes have a green tint to their bodies. I have also noticed that "blue throat" is much more prominently colored on the males.
The links below show a decent representation of the two but I actually think that the pic of the female is actually a Sargassum Trigger but it does come close to what the female Blue Throats look like.

And seeing what this guy did to a small clam from the farmer's market.. I'd say NO it is NOT reefsafe. forget the mantle, it busted the shell, granted it wasn't a tridacna, but i don't think i'll offer him the temptation.
And kind of worries me when he sometimes hits the glass of the tank. Especially seeing how he did the clamshell. Thankfully it was one i put in for his benefit, because they need it to keep their teeth from being troublesome to them.
Really cool fish though.

i think that you are refering to the Sargassm triggerfish.

I know of none...mostly because they will distroy your shrimp/crab/and snail population...then algae and detritus will overcome either your skimmer or your reef.
