because the tank needs to cycle(it would of been better to cycle a take with out live animals, like shrimp you buy a food store raw).
Not sure what you mean that the lights are on for a while and they stay in the back but when they 1st come on ,they swim around? Is your tank grounded? It could be stray voltage.

In your question you say when the lights are ON...then as soon as the lights come ON.

I am assuming they are doing one with the lights off and the other with the lights on.

Probably "normal" Clownfish behavior. When the lights are off mine stays in one spot. When the lights are on I see more movement but the fish pretty much stays in the same area.

"Normal Clownfish Behavior" may be considered an oxymoron.

They are probably still adjusting to the tank and may get less shy as time goes on. They will always be wierdos, thats what clowns do. It the tank has only been set up for three days they are probably suffering from ammonia burns to the gills, eyes, mouth, and nostrils

Did I ever tell you about the time Brasky went hunting? Well anyway, Brasky decides he's gonna hunt down all four members of the Banana Splits. He stalks and kills every one of them with a machete. They all beg for their lives, except Fleagul.

Ooh wahh, the wonder cycle....Something like the "just one" stuff...
You still have to watch your ammonia, nitrite readings and add stock slowly IMO
