Do you have any way to tell what sex they are? Except for those that change sexes, such as clown fish, I think this would be your first goal.

At the reef club meeting Saturday, he had a pair of Gold Headed Sleepre Gobies that were sharing a cave under the rocks. If you looked very close you could see that one of them had more yello on the front of the face than the other one. One of the members bought both of them at the same time.

That would be my best guess as to how to git 'r done.

Not quite what I meant by that statement Randy. If you do that they might just fight until one dies.

Some species like Mandarin Dragonettes have different shaped dorsal fins which helps you tell the males from the females. Some fish may have different coloring between the sexes.

I have not done any research on Yellow Watchman Gobies so will leave that little detail for Ben to take care of.

The one thing i know (Or i think its true) is that al fish start out as part both and change to fill in a gap. If that makes since ??

Or is it just some certen kinds of fish that this works with ?

That is a good question, I know it is true for clown fish but have not really researched any other ones.
