Ok I know buying anything on the internt is risky has anyone ever done business with the SALTWATERFISH.COM? If so what was your experience?

I've done some inverts from them and was pretty happy...beware of their free shipping, it has some hidden costs for boxes and a fuel surcharge I think. Livaquaria.com is pretty hard to beat...I just did a $65 order from them (will be here in the morning actually) and standard overnight shipping was free (totally no extra charges at all)

I try to look at BBB Online before buying from a "unknown" web site...

If you are just looking for fish...unless you are looking for something especially rare.

I wouldnt mess with anyone besides Live aquaria and marine depotlive. The fish will be healthy, and they will be guaranteed

Hey everyone. I ordered my fish from SALTWATERFISH.COM
All in all I have to say the fish are great and the customer service is second to none. I had fish origanally scheduled to be two weeks ago weds. However their computers went down and there were a few mistakes made. My fish ended up being delivered on that FRI morning. No big deal except I was out of town until the following monday night. (A small miscommunication on their end) Most of the fish were actually alive almost 5 whole days bagged and most made it. However even in my hospital a few did not pull through from all the stress (can't really blame them). So to make a long story sort they allowed me to rebuild an order (which was over by a few bucks) and they not only sent me my order but a few extra from the original order that perished. They were delivered on Sat with no extra charge and they we far nicer than any of the stock at all of the LFS in my area.

So that is my deal.

Could not be happier to have the new family members safe in their home.

PS My 2 in Powder Brown that I requested on the second order was an amazing 4 in powder brown in near perfect condition.
