need advice on when to get fish 4 new tank

ok so heres the deal so far w/ my new tank its a 12 gallon nano cube:
has abou 10lbs live rock
calepuera, my cleaner package comes 2morrow it comes w/ 2 peppermint shrimp, 2 emerald crabs, 15 total hermits(3 dif kinds :scarlet, dwarfr red tip, dwarf blue leg), 10 asteria snails + 4 i already have, 5 bumble bee snails.(all local stores (which all suck) and the place i ordered from online(etropicals.com) are all out of Nassarius snails).
1.is there anything else i should add 4 clean up crew???
2. should i get a small hardy fish like 3 spot domino damsel or 4 stripe damsel or should i let the clean up crew work its @$$ of 4 a bit???(evantually within a month if possible i want to add 2 percula clowns and corals?
thanks in advance

i would not put any fish in there besides the the 2 clowns. any others will be to much bioload for the tank. 2 fish in a 12g is a lot of bioload anyway. getting damsels out of a tank is nearly impossible, and not worth the trouble.

i would wait 2 months from when the tank is setup before adding corals to the tank.

the nitrogen cycle is not the only cycle a tank goes through before corals can be added. it is better to wait a couple of months than to rush things and get discouraged because of all of the algae cycles that occur later.

as for the clean up crew. it looks pretty good. i would get some Cerith snails. not a big fan of Nassarius or bumble bee snails. they are welks. welks are carnivorious. bumble bee and Nassarius are just more scavanger than hunters, but will turn on something quickly if it is starting to die.

since you have hermits it is important to keep a good number of empty shells in the tnak for the hermits to move into. if not than they will kill your snails for thier shells.

what kind of lighting do you have on the tank? this will determine which corals you can keep.

how deep is the tank? if it is under 12" deep than you can pretty much keep anything you want as far as corals go.

What kind of clowns did you want to use in your 12? I learned the hard way to go very slow.
