Kole vs. Coral Beauty

This morning I added a Coral Beauty to my 65 Gal reef tank. My Blue Eyed Kole Tang went after him with a vengance. I added some food which help calm the situation. The Kole isn't attacking the Coral Beauty as violently but still chases him if he sees him. Will this get better or is this a bad match. Other fish in the tank are two Ocellaris Clowns, a yellow wrasse, and a Royal Gamma. Never had a problem with the Kole before.

they should be fine give them some time. the kole is establishing his terf and dominace. monitor them if it starts to get bad take the angel out . the tang should be in a much bigger tank

As Chris said, just keep an eye on them. Hopefully when the lights go out for the night the tang will forget all about the new comer and things will be better in the morning. Good luck.

Finally had to take the Corral Beauty out - The Kole was just relentless...very disappointing, but as I told my wife - You see, we do need a bigger tank!
