an adult blue hippo tang is too large for a 100 gallon tank in my experience. while they may tolerate the other inhabitants, I think you'll find when it gets to the 6" range it will be a beast, zooming around the tank and very aggressive at feeding time. I got rid of mine from a 150 gallon tank, I'd pass if I were you.

sailfins can grow to 14" as adults... and it's the same genus as your yellow, so I wouldnt recommend it. If you must, a Ctenochaetus genus would suffice, such as the kole or tomini. Most of the others simply get too large (Acanthurus, Naso, etc.).

the gallons is okay for your tank, but with tangs, its a good idea to pay close attention to the dimensions as well. As most tangs get 6-8 inches on average, and most even larger, they'll be at the end of the tank that much faster lol.

I think with tangs, tank footprint is more important than gallon size.

If you really like the hippo tang get it just get it small. You can get it as small as an inch or two. Just keep an eye on it and when it gets around the 5 to 6 inch range take it out and trade it in at a LFS for another smaller one or a different fish. I kept a hippo tang that way in my old 55 gallon tank and he was doing well the whole time I had him.

OP: "hippo tang with a yellow tang, foxface, azure damsel, and 2 percula clowns?"
Out of the combo you are considering...
I have a Blue Hippo, pair of Ocellaris clowns, and a foxface living together happily in a 110G for over 2 years. The Blue Tang is about a 5+ incher now and the Foxface about 7 inches. Sometimes the Foxface and Tang do face off,
but the Foxface just nudges the Tang away with his fleshy snout, and there is no real bullying from either fish (given the weaponry they possess!).
I would advise employing a UV sterilizer to defend the tank against parasites if you like Tangs.
