help w/ more new things appearing in my new tank

alraight i've been reading some random post on this forum and heard people oftenly talking about things coming out at night so i decided to investigate mine. Yesterday i noticed in a realy tiny tiny hole in the live rock a work like thing sticking its head out it was redish pinkish color and had things up its body like little fealers or feat or something like every 1/2 mm - 1mm apart and when away a little when i turned my light on. Now tonight i just noticed these really small things scampering around my rock. They are about 3/4 of a centimeter in length and a grayish/ whitish color (in dif places on body like a part of its back is dark gray and the rest is very light gray) i was looking at it and its really to small to me to tell what it is (also b/c im a pretty newbish)(thinkinf=g they look like some kind of shrimp . anyone have any ideas on what they are/ good or bad???
thanks in advance pballer
p.s.- i just ordered early some cleanup guys for my tank (hermits, bubble bee snails, asteria snails, 2 emerald crabs, and 2 peppermint shrimp) will these guys eat the things that shouldnt be there like the worms, the little things crawling around and the majano anenomes?????

Bristle worms are a good addition to your clean up crew. I'm not sure if anything you purchased will eat pods (the little shrimp looking things) Most likely some will get eaten
