It looks like an Angel. Not sure but I know a lot of angels are hit or miss with corals.

It's a Bicolor Angelfish, will most likely nip at most corals you would add to your tank.

Yeah those are 50/50 about nipping corals. You might get one that is OK, but even then it might change its mind down the road.

He "may" nip at some LPS especially brains, Gorgonians, Zoa's, Zenia, Anthelia, and clams. The chances of coral predation increase if the corals are unhealthy as they will be prone to algae infestation and will produce excess slime coats which these fish eat readily in the wild.
They also do poorly in captivity due to improper collection often failing to eat prepared foods.
If it is fails to eat I would recommend getting fresh clams (the small ones) from your grocery store and serving them up the fish. They will sometimes eat these until they choose to eat other foods like mysis or brine.

I had a bicolor in a FOWLR for 8 years. He was very hardy and ate everything. I don't consider them any more difficult than a flame.

You might end up saving yourself alot of trouble in the future if you research your new fish BEFORE you buy it.

My parents have a huge tank with lots of fish in it, including a bicolor... he's one of the smaller guys in the tank but they have tons of coral too and they've never had a problem. Just keep him fat and I'm sure you won't notice much damage. Can't untrain the instincts, though!
I agree - in the future, know what you already have and have a good idea of what you want when you go to the fish store - a lot of the LFS guys are also salesmen so they'll tell you anything to make you feel better and thus give them your money.
Good luck!
