Coral Beauty

What does she eat? She is almost full grown, I imagine she came from the ocean because of her size and my cleaner shrimp is having a field day with her. But she has not eaten the frozen brine or mysis I put in, so what would she like? I was thinking some krill? She has such a small mouth!

not a good sign that the cleaner shrimp is all over her. she may be coming down with ich and the shrimp is keeping it under control. have you tried a mixed frozen food? have you tried any live brine?

It was just the first night. She looks all clean so far! She has been picking at the rocks for food, I have sponges and tunicates. I have tried frozen mixes including people frozen shrimp mixed with frozen krill which she acted like was garbage floating by her! So we will see. LFS said she was eating everything at the store! Including pellets.

My coral beauty loves TertraMin Topical Fish. All my salt and fresh water fish love it. Even my ricordia loves it. I've experminted with many foods exept for frozen, they allways love tertra. I've tried Bio-Blend Tropical-Color Enhancing-Chiclid, New Life Spectrum, Aqurian - Fresh, Marine (all my fish hated it so I gave my big can away) O.S.I. Brine shrimp Flakes, Live brine. So I spend 10 on a big can of Tetra. I do mix other foods to make shure they recive all their nutrients.

Isn;t that FLAKE food? That is pretty funny. Thanks for the suggestion. She must be picking at the reef because she looks plump enough for me!

Good news! She has been picking off the reef and looks great. But the last couple of days she is also eating the frozen! I love her!
