So by saying a "bubble nest" this is the only way I know how to explain it!
Had my tank set up for about 7-8 weeks now and my parameters are all stable and looking good, live rock is blooming with coraline algae, CUC are doing an awesome job and clownfish are eating like pigs....
I got my two little ocellaris clownfish maybe 2 weeks ago, they had paired up in the display tank at the LFS and i watched them for a while (maybe 20 minutes) before actually buying them lol
One of them (i assume is the female) has become a lot darker and larger than the little male, and I've noticed the more dominant girl occasionally nipping at the male - its nothing big sort of a "putting him in line" nip lol but they're still best of buds!
however shes started to blow bubbles along the edge of my tank (looks like a bubble nest a betta would make) just wanted to know if anyone knew what this meant? or are they just bored?
I dont have any corals in there atm, am about to go grab some later on today, but nothing too fancy
