Clownfish disease follow up questions

Well as you may or may not remember my female cf, got a case of cf disease and has been in QT for a few days now and has undergone formalin baths as a treatment. The original spot has dissapeared and she seems to be doing ok, but hasnt eaten yet, she is just swimming back and forth like she is pissed.

How long should i keep her in QT if she continues to not eat?

How many bath treatments should she undergo?

is there anything else in the QT? maybe throw in a piece of 4" PVC pipe for the Clown to host in. that could make it feel more comfortable and get it to start eating.
