I am no Tang expert. People push the limits with Tangs all of the time. I have a Yellow Tang in a 75. But I think a Clown Tang in a 90 is not a good idea.

On another note, if I am being honest, I hate my Tang. It is a jerk.

it would be a horrible decision in my opinion. They can grow to 14" and are extremely aggressive.

both of those tangs are long distance swimmers. they would not do well in a 4' tank. they do not do that great in a 6' tank either.
