Big Blue Eye

I was feeding my Flame Angel and i notice one of its eyes was blue and swolen. I don't have very much in my tank just one anemone, a clownfish and lots of rock. Any ideas why it is blue? Also is a Flame Angle ok for a reef tank ( i can't seem to find a good answer).

Flame angels are 50/50 reefsafe it just depends on the one you get,blue eye no idea.

it kinda looks like it scraped it and it is now coated it with fish slime. does it seem to behaving funny? if not than i would just keep a close eye on it.

Looks like he scraped it.but look ok but check on it and see that it gets better.
