Xenia Dead??

I've had a tank up for about 6 months now and things have been going well. The only corals I have are a Xenia, Kenya Tree, some mushrooms. Also have an anemone, crabs, snails, clown fish.

Recently, the temp in the tank has been getting in the low to mid 80's during the day after I got a Halide lamp. Did not seem to be an issue, but then the Xenia kind of crashed all of a sudden one day. Not sure it is dead or not. The structure is intact but the color is green and brown and it is retracted. I have Xenia elsewhere in the tank that looks fine.

Should I just get rid of it or will it come back.

How long ago did you upgrade the lights ? Where in the tank is the unhappy Xenia and the Xenia thats doing OK? Did you acclimate the corals to the MH's?

I have heard of them doing that before. Fine one day then dead soon after. Keep a close eye on them. Once they do die you could see a sudden spike in nitrates.
