Toadstool question?

My toadstool has closed up like it does at night and not opened again for over a week now. My LFS says a couple of days is normal every now and then but it seems too long? The first few days it got a gloss over it and my LFS told me to give it a little shot from a power head which I did a couple of days ago which seemed to remove a bit of the shine but it still hasn't opened again. I noticed today that it looks like it might have some corraline algae trying to grow on it?

All water tests turned out perfect.......... I'm at a loss. Any help is appreciated!

it should be shedding but if it dont open that means theres not enough water flow..post some pictures of the coral
