swelling leather


ok i have 1 finger leather coral and 1 cabbage leather coral and they both r swelled big time i have checked my chemisty and salinty and everything seemd to be fine however they have been like that for a couple of days. They do however have the molting stuff comeing off of them. Should i worry or would they be fine.

Hard to say for sure without a picture but Leathers do close up for a few days and shed their top mucus layer

well i think i have figured out why they r so swollen its because they wasn't getting enough lighting so i moved them and now they r shrinking back down. Thanks for all the help

my devils hand swells up to, I think they look alot more healthy...double his normal size when my lights come on...I think this is normal....

Yup they close up at night and then open up a lot when the lights are on....

I must say if you moved him and he quit swelling up.........you should move him back
