sebae question

I'm a little confused about my sebae, he is doing really well, he has grown tremendously, but I thought that sebaes stayed with there foot in the sand only, mine has decided to take up hiking, over the past few days he has slowly attached and climbed the big rock he has always been next too and now is attached half way up the rock and stretches out across over top of it like a giant sunflower a ft wide over some of my corals, is this normal for them or could something be aggrivating him in the sandbed? and will he hurt the corals he is next too up there??

thanks

thoses guys are a bit picky when it comes to the home, they will walk all over until the fine the "just right" place to attach. you will want to move any corals that are around it ( 3-4 inches), shoudl the tentacles it the corals , you can haev one or two dead things in your tank.

how about a nice picture?

Mine stayed put for a while then moved around for about 2 weeks and ended up where he started. I also found that when I added a sabae clown it stoped moving and was much happier. Had a GSM but wouldn't go near the sabae.

My sebae anenome is half on the sand bottom and half attached to a live rock and it appears thats just what he likes because he is brown and growing nicely.
