Red Lip Blenny Attacking everything

i had a mandarin dragonet a yellow clown goby, striped chromis, coral beauty and the killer red lip blenny. everything was fine when they were in a 10 gallon nano without the coral beauty. i upgraded to a 30 gallon and i added the coral beauty once i did that the blenny was non stop chopped off the tail of the coral beauty until he got fed up and deffended himself the abuse stopped then the blenny just attacked the mandarin till he killed him what shound i do its odd he wont eat the clown goby or the chromis but the poor mandarin had his funeral made last night oh and one more thing my xenias keep melting and sort of come back and melt again some of them have died completely some look amazing i dont know why my water is perfect and nothing in the tank is eating the xenia and all the buttons and mushrooms are doing great only the xenia suffer please some help im on the fringes of killing the blenny hes become aggresive

all fish, even reef wsafe ones have personalities and through both nature and nurture can become bad and a problem. soemtimes you need to catch the fish and get it out.

dont kill it. figure out how to catch it and give it away to your lfs for credit. I once tortured and killed a fish I needed to get out of my tank, instead of taking the time to catch it and it is one of the things I remember doing that I very much regret. You added it, regardless of what brought it to where it is at least do everything you can within reason to get it out safely.

xenia can be fickle. while it is regarded as a weed in many circles it can thrive in one tank and wither and die in another and everything in between. Your tank could be simply one of many that as it matures it loses the ability to support xenia
