ph 8.3
ammonia 0
nitrites 0
nitrates 0
salinity 1.023

22 watts on a 20 galon tank .. i actually looked at them just now .. the one that looked the worst looks back to normal but the other 2 are still a little thin ..

i dont think its my water or anything because when i seen it in the lfs they gave it to me cheeper cuz they said it wasnt a good peice .. about 2 hours in my tank they got double the size of what they were in the lfs .. maybe my banded shrimp freaked it out ?

also forgot to add .. i get mixed optionss on polyps some say they need more light some say u dont need much .. but i put the peice of rock higher up a little close to the light .. just thinkin that if 22 watts isnt enough then maybe if i bring it up a bit closer to the light it would benifit a bit more ..

noty a problem,
if your talking about the polyps on the left side , those are usally called yellows. but may be called something else depending on where and who sells them...
you can do a spot feeding of a blender mush ( frozen foods made with a blender) or finely chopped up shrimp and such.
they dont really need any food.

the rock under the polyp peice is a seperate rock .. i dont know what type of rock they are .. they just seem to be good additions to the tank since they had many little holes and shafts and the colors were pretty nice

If you just randomly see a few polyps closed up..that shrimp you have in there might be crawling on them .. a lot of times if a shrimp or hermit crab walks on them..they will close up for a bit.

IMHO I think that light might be a little week for corals. Isn't that the standard NO light that comes in the eclipse? Also, someone correct me if I'm wrong, but I think that chocolate chip starfish may chomp those yellow polyps if it gets hungry. I didn't they there were reef safe?
