this is one of my favorite corals, they're so cool! What else do you have in your tank?

Can you make a close up of the trunk and polyps? It seems, that it has sclerites, as lemnalia on my avatar has.

Lets see...these are the best I could get this weekend....still has not colored up as much I would like. I have moved it to a shade area to see if that helps...but it is growing fine...

I have the coral, looking like yours, only the sheaths of polyps is pronunciated, was never be able to confirm is it white lemnalia, as LFS marked, or not:

Not much of info on the web too. Mine tolerates the very low light, polluted water, only becomes darker, pinkish - as a white xenia in the same conditions. The only requirement is to be in a high flow.

And the purple lemnalia has similar polyps (without sheaths) and sclerites:

This was high light and high flow, never grow, had the steam rot.

Looking for any additional info, including ID confirmation, and any care tips, including the similar looking species.

What conditions yours likes?

So far mine likes it better in a bit of a darker area. My tank is far from clean but I dont have any perm out of whack either. When I bought mine the pic looked as your purple lemnalia does above....

Very nice corals...
