melting mushrooms

one of my mushrooms literally melted .. can any one explain the cause of that

probably stress related. sometimes they split due to stress, and if it is enough stress they will just "melt" away. what are the tank parameters ?? any recent moving of the coral ?? any white "strings" hanging out of it ??

my water quality is good .. my other mushrooms are fine ..

i cant take a pic of it cuz it melted .

not to sound rude, but "good" tells us nothing. we will need numbers to be of any help to you.
