Look around and see exaclty what soft corals/ mushrooms you wanna keep, so many variations some liek low, moderate too high lighting but i do not think that you need anything over t5 IME good luck

The get a more clear and direct answer we will need to know tank size, and soft corals you will like to keep.

Are you 100% sure you only want to keep soft corals in the system? Many people start with soft and then decide to try others that require them changing out their lighting.

If you are going to stick with softies, then you could get a T5 fixture such as the Nova Extreme and save some money. If you are going to want to dabble in other corals later, then I would recommend a T5 fixture with individual reflectors for each bulb.
