Here's mine.
Pulsing xenia which i didn't buy but grew from a tiny bit attached to the liverock.
This is one i did buy.
It's encrusting xenia and looks like a newly mown grass lawn.Even glows under actinics.

That looks like GSP to me. Never seen green Xenia before.

me too. I hope it wasnt sold at a high price to you as rare encrusting green xenia.

Nope,don't think it's that rare either.
Does look similar to GSP and it very easy to propagate.It has totally retractable polyps which when drawn in at night it looks like pink rubber bands.It grows in ribbons and can be cut up.One cut end will form a growing tip.

Nemmy, can you get us a closer and or clearer picture of your green encrusting xenia with the pink mat and retractable polyps???

Do xenia just randomly drob polyps? I found 2 little waving arms in the bottom of my tank last night... hopefully I can get them to attach to a rock and move them to my small tank.
