Welcome to TRT! That should be plenty of light for a toadstool. How long has your tank been up and running?

Should be of as far as lighting but a Toadstool will QUICKLY outgrow a 29g. They are a med light high flow softie. High flow may be debatable but I got mine as a golfball size and now it's 16" tall and crowns out at probally 6-8" around. It has also dropped 4 babies in a years time. Mine loves flow. it's in my SPS tank. with 50X turnover soon to be 100x+

Oh and WELCOME TO TRT
