introducing new corals....>?

I bought some coral frags at a local pet store...how do I introduce? lighting? Do I remove from plugs? plant plugs?....what!?

For 1 definatly do not remove from plug...second the lighting really depends on the coral..I have a golden torch and a rainbow ricordia and I am using the lights that came with my redsea max......eventually I will get t5 halides
