Hitchhiker mushroom.

I noticed amongst my population of mushrooms this little guy growing. He must have hitchhiked on another piece of rock.I've not bought a coral for over 2 months so he must have been micro-sized at first but has now grown to about 1/2 inch across.
Do mushrooms have names like zoas? This one is deep purple with bright blue spots on it.

There are names for some of them, but not too many. I'd call it whatever you'd like.

Any suggestions?
I've also found another 2 of the same type since noticing the first one.Strange i've never seen this type for sale as they are really attractive and maybe should be popular.

I have several that hitchiked in on a large piece of live rock. There are 10 total now starting a little colony on that rock. They are Purpleish Red and when they are getting good light they get white/blue stripes.

Sorry for the crappy photo quality I cant find my camera so I took it with my phone.

Mushrooms are very hardy. They will shrivel up into nothing and then appear months later in another spot. If they are flourishing as yours seem to be that means they've found a happy place in your tank. If you put another rock near by you my be able to get them to spread to it and move them, trade them or whatever else you want with them.
