green stars, green eyed zoos, mushrooms not opening

I tried running this thread last week and did not get much response. Please help!!
It has been almost 2 weeks since zoos have opened. It has been 1 week since mushrooms and green star polyps have opened. I have tested water and all parameters are goo. LFS tested for me on Friday 2-29 and said water is perfect. I don't know what is going on.
Today's readings are:
sg 1.024
temp 78
alk 11.5 dkh
Ca 420 ppm
ph 8.4
nitrate 0
nitrite 0
ammonia 0

any idea why they are not inflating? They don't look dead yet. I feed them (when open) cyclopeeze about 1 x a week. I feed this week even though they were not because my chili and leathers were open.

got pictures of the zoas? they may be sick or may be getting picked on. Look at them at night with a flash light for anything that might be causing problems.

How high off the water are those MH bulbs? How old are those bulbs? How long have you had the coral? Have they spread at all in your tank?

Whiskey

bulbs are a year old. new ones have been ordered and should be here any day. the zoas are at the bottom of the tank. it is the 4 foot wide deep (show) tank. maybe they are'nt getting enough light?? They did great for about 3 weeks. the stars and mushrooms are in the same place for over a year.
sorry it took a while, had to run errands......

The stars and mushrooms have spread over the year. the zoas are only a few weeks in the tank. the mh are about 8-10 inches above the water line. I will get pictures for you of zoas, mushrooms, green stars and lights asap.

here are the pictures!
Pictures # 1&2 are my green star polyps. This is what they have looked like for 2 weeks. They have never gone more than a day without opening. Wrasse is such a HAM.

Picture #3 - This is my tank. I have the hood open so you can see the lights. It is a Current Sunpod 2 x 150 watt, dual MH one is 10K other is 14K, and luna lights. It hovers about 8 inches above water line.

Picture #4 is my mushrooms. They have totally deflated. Usually 4x's this size.

Pictures#5 & 6 -My green eyed buttons. They are so sad right now.
Have not opened for over one week.

I just got a shipment of snails.........as you can see.

ANY HELP WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED!!!
