I doubt it is your lighting. If anything mushrooms expand more if they do not have enough lights. GSP and zoas are fine with lower light too just effects color. If it were me I'd suspect an issue with water quality. Either a bad test kit or an outside chemical was introduced. anyway a decent sized water change wouldn't hurt.
