frogspawn frag ?

Fragged an 8 headed frogspawn in to 5 seperate frags this morning.
They are all already nearly fully open and looking happy.

Question...The reason I fragged it was because it had a few heads die because they were underneath and got no light etc. so my question is should I have dremeled the dead heads off ?? or could they come back now that they are part of a stalk that has a live head and plenty of light now ??

If they're dead, those heads won't come back. You could have removed them, but they shouldnt harm anything. Also, I noticed you posted this in the softies section, was that intentional? Frogspwan and all the Euphyllia spp. corals are considered LPS (large polyp stony corals, per the hobby definition).

I'll leave the dead heads as is for now...maybe if I need to frag again I'll remove them then.
