Fragging Star Polyps

I have a star polyp frag almost a year and it hasn't attached to the liverock yet. So i though i could frag some of it and rubberband it to the rock. How would you cut it off the frag? thanks!

green star polyp? or some other kind? Should be able to peel it off from the base, use a razor blade is its green star polyps ( purple paper type base)

Any other polyp cut as close as you can to the base, you can even scape up some of the rock it is on.

youtube has ton of videos too

I just cut them with a razor blade orr use a dremel with a diamond wheel if I want a peice of the rock with it. They are really easy to frag and not much of a concern.
