feeding coral

I am relatively new to tank care... Have not seen much about how to feed a coral... I took a pix of me feeding my corals... Is this how you are supposed to do it? I hope no-one is cringing! If I'm doing this wrong, please tell me how to feed them!

Any chance anyone could tell me what type of coral the above is? Before I started feeding it it wasn't all puffed up like it is above, it looked like this:

Many thanks,
Babs

with both of those whitch can take larger food you could take a half piece of krill or mysis and just put it on tenticals. For feeding smaller foods that looks great by the way what are you feeding,

Hi silvers!

This is a mix of frozen cubed food (the saltwater mix, not sure which one it is but it wasn't the white stuff nor the green), frozen mysis shrimp, dried daphnia, and fish flakes...

How often should I feed them?
