Mushrooms, ricordea, zoas, and green star polyps are a list of low light corals. But to give you a better answer would need to know what lighting you have.

160 watts is pretty good for a 45g especially if it has individual reflectors.
im not sure as im pretty new at this to but you may even be able to keep some lps up high in the tank.

That sounds like a good amount of light for the corals mentioned. Also including could go with some xenia. For the quote i posted from one of my old threads. You can try many different leathers like toadstool, and cabbage.

You could go with some leathers, or go with a very cool coral called a Sun Coral which requires NO light as it gets its nutrients from target feeding of shrimp, they come in shades of yellow/orange and ive even seen a pinkish one. Im not sure but I believe you could keep xenia, which come in a couple different colors, ive seen brown, white, and blue. thats all that comes to mind right now. ill update if I find anything else.

i think so, but im under the impression that you need to wait on anemones until your tank becomes a little more established.

You can check out the link in my signature below for my 40 gallon tank to get some ideas as well. I have a Current Nova Extreme Fixture over this tank which has 4X39 watt T5 lamps without individual reflectors.
