the Capnella as in the kenya tree coral?
thoise are usally pretty easy to get growing , but that is also said for Zenia. which will or will not grow in certain tanks.
they usally like a stonger lightng source and seem to need out side feeding ( mean you have to feed them)

I would say light and strong flow - when I moved mine it a such location from the corner, they started to grow very fast. And I have nutriend-rich water.
